We will book you for a Free Consultation meeting with one of our expert designers, who will produce a computer-generated 3D design of your room based on your ideas & inputs, showing how all the elements fit together and work in your unique space. After this design meeting, you will walk away with a detailed plan and a price quote. It couldn`t be easier.
We offer `Supply and Fit` service to ensure the fitting of your kitchen or bedroom goes as smoothly as possible. If you wish to supply your own Bedroom and/or kitchen furniture, we are happy to give you an `Installation only` quotation.
All Bedroom & Kitchen cabinets come with a Warranty of 5 years to give you peace of mind. Fixura`s warranty covers cabinets, parts & accessories including doors, hinges and handles etc.
You can make payments via Direct Bank Transfer. You can also pay by Cash if you prefer. All payments via ‘Direct Bank Transfer’ are to be made in favour of `Fixura Bedrooms & Kitchens`.
Please note that, currently, we do not accept Credit or Debit card payments.
The payment structure is divided into three instalments and is as follows. A non-refundable Initial Deposit Payment of 40% is required before your order is placed. The next instalment of 40% is payable when your order is delivered. The remaining balance of 20% is payable only after your Furniture is installed and ready for use.
The Initial Deposit Payment is Non-refundable and is only payable after your instructions to place your order, once you are satisfied with the price and design. As all our furniture units are made to order, these can`t be returned and hence a deposit has to be secured before we place your order.
We are able to offer the most reasonable prices you can imagine. One important factor is a drop in the cost by servicing customers directly. We source our products straight from the manufacturers thus "cutting out the middleman" and hence extending that benefit to you.
All the price quotes from Fixura are valid for 30 days only or until earlier acceptance by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Fixura Bedrooms & Kitchens.
For standard projects, we normally offer a delivery time within a week of placing your order. You will be contacted 48 hours prior to the delivery to book a morning or afternoon delivery slot.
Whilst the amount of work involved in any installation depends on size and design of your bedroom or kitchen, the average amount of time to allow for a regular installation would be 2/3 days.
The Goods are `made to order` hence no right to cancel exists for the Buyer once the order is processed, except where expressly agreed by Fixura Bedrooms & Kitchens in Writing and we will ask for reason for cancellation.
However, before your order is processed, any omission and changes to the order must be notified within 24 hours of placing the order. All our furniture units are `made to order` and any changes must be advised as soon as possible. As your bedroom or kitchen design is bespoke, you cannot cancel items after that.
The Buyer is entitled to free replacement of any Goods that arrive damaged or incomplete as per the order. The Buyer must inspect the Goods and inform us as soon as possible, within 7 days of any damages. Please note that we cannot replace the items free of charge that have been cut, drilled or customized by you.
We strictly do not sell, trade, rent or share Users Personal Identification Information with anyone else except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
